Rongsheng Machinery Manufacture Ltd. of Huabei Oilfield, Hebei is a comprehensive petroleum machinery manufacturer integrating product R&D and manufacturing, equipment integration and complete-set supply, and engineering technical services. It is the well-control equipment manufacturing and support center designated by CNPC, and since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period has been a principal undertaking enterprise for national research projects on offshore well-control equipment.
The company has complete production lines for BOPs and control systems, rubber products, mud pumps, wellhead equipment, Christmas trees, new precision pressure-control choke manifolds, directional and vertical drilling rigs, and snubbing units, enabling it to provide customers with one-stop solutions. CIPPE Joins You in Witnessing the Pioneering Strength of Rongsheng Company in Well Control Equipment
From March 26 to 28, at the China Petroleum Equipment exhibition area of the 26th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE), Rongsheng Company, as a leading enterprise in well control equipment, showcased a number of innovative achievements including the 13 5/8"-25000psi ultra-high-pressure single ram BOP, the full-size integrated fine managed-pressure manifold, and a series of subsea products, receiving high recognition from the industry. Within its modern exhibition area covering 375 square meters, Rongsheng Company comprehensively presented, through physical exhibits, dynamic models, media displays, and other forms, its innovative achievements in oil and gas exploration and development equipment for complex operating conditions such as deep formations and deepwater, as well as intelligent well control equipment, including the 13 5/8"-25,000psi ultra-high-pressure single ram BOP and the subsea capping stack, attracting domestic and overseas customers to stop and exchange views. In addition to high-end core equipment, its green and low-carbon equipment also stood out strongly. The exhibited full-size integrated fine managed-pressure manifold integrates AI fault identification, rapid switching, and seamless takeover, ensuring stability throughout the entire pressure-control process while reducing energy consumption; the FX35-17.5/35 environmentally friendly rotating BOP keeps drilling mud fully contained throughout operation, opening up a new path for the green transformation of managed-pressure drilling; and the intelligent high-pressure precise water injection and crude oil transportation water-mixing regulation device can save tens of thousands of cubic meters of water per single well on a cumulative basis, providing a data foundation for green oilfield operations.
Rongsheng Company Awarded the Title of National-Level “Green Factory”
On March 18, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially released the list of green manufacturing enterprises for 2025. Rongsheng Machinery Manufacture Ltd. Of Huabei Oilfield, Hebei (hereinafter referred to as Rongsheng Company) was awarded the title of national-level “Green Factory” in recognition of its outstanding performance in green, low-carbon, and sustainable development, marking that the company has entered the domestic first-class ranks in carbon reduction, pollution reduction, and green manufacturing.
On January 28, at the test site of the Korla Emergency Well Control Center in Xinjiang, a dust-covered set of equipment was awaiting post-application review testing. This was China’s first 13 5/8"-25,000psi ultra-high-pressure BOP stack, which had just completed its field trial at Keshen 3105 Well. The technical team was now converting valuable on-site operational experience into technical parameters, laying a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent optimization and large-scale application.
Recently, the first domestically developed ultra-high-pressure BOP stack by Rongsheng Company, with a 35 cm bore and a rated working pressure of 175 MPa, was successfully applied in the fourth drilling section of Keshen 3105 Well in the Tarim Oilfield, enabling safe drilling to 7,945.2 meters. Under extreme operating conditions including ultra-deep depth, high temperature, and high pressure, the equipment’s pressure-bearing capacity and operational reliability were fully verified, marking an important breakthrough by the company in the field of ultra-high-pressure and ultra-high-temperature well control equipment and adding another powerful well control tool for China’s exploration and development of resources at depths of 10,000 meters.
