3.The collection team is responsible for monitoring developments in the oil and gas industry in overseas markets, including local oilfield development plans, competitive product pricing and technological advantages, import policies, and tariff adjustments. By combining this information with customer feedback, an analysis report is formed to provide a basis for the company's blowout preventer product iteration (such as performance improvements to adapt to different working conditions) and optimization of overseas market strategies.
4.Participate in core oil and gas exhibitions within the responsible region, overseeing booth setup, English product demonstrations (explaining the high-pressure sealing performance of blowout preventers and the compatibility of supporting products), customer reception, and business negotiations, in order to enhance the company's brand recognition in the overseas oil and gas equipment market.
5.Coordinate domestic R&D, production, and quality inspection departments, synchronize with overseas customers' special technical requirements (such as customized gate plate dimensions) and production delivery cycle requirements, resolve cross-departmental collaboration issues such as product parameter adjustments and logistics delays during order execution, and ensure smooth progress in sales operations.
6.Responsible for organizing, updating, and archiving overseas customer files, sales contracts for blowout preventers and supporting products, order documents, technical communication records, and other materials. Complete daily sales management tasks such as sales performance statistics and payment collection tracking (paying attention to payment and settlement policies in the responsible region).
