▶ Based on a four-bar beam pumping unit, an automatically adjustable balancing device is installed at the tail of the walking beam.
▶ Real-time automatic balance adjustment is achieved, so that the pumping unit always remains within the preset balance range.
▶ Real-time automatic adjustment of strokes per minute, along with manual wellsite adjustment, keeps the pumping unit operating under optimal production conditions.
▶ Automatic acquisition and transmission of electrical parameters of the pumping unit, including voltage, current, power factor, active power, and reactive power.
▶ Automatic acquisition and transmission of wellhead parameters, including casing pressure, oil temperature, and oil production.
▶ Automatic acquisition and transmission of operating parameters, including stroke, strokes per minute, and balance degree.

▶ Crank balance and beam balance form a compound balancing system with excellent balancing effect, making gearbox torque operation smoother and achieving good energy-saving performance, with a comprehensive power-saving rate of up to 30%.

▶ Its energy-saving performance is better than that of existing energy-saving pumping units, with an average power-saving rate of 21% per 100 meters per ton of produced fluid.
▶ This unit still follows the operating principle of a four-bar pumping unit, so its operating safety and reliability are equivalent to those of conventional pumping units.
▶ High suspension-point projection accuracy reduces wear of the stuffing box packing and extends its service life.
▶ During workover operations, the front reversing wheel can be moved aside by adjusting the pull rod, without having to move the horsehead. This makes operation more convenient and safer.
▶ The complete unit operates smoothly, with stable current fluctuation, and gearbox torque fluctuation is better than that of existing conventional beam pumping units.
▶ Structural components are basically the same as those of front-mounted pumping units, and installation, operation, maintenance, and servicing are basically the same as those of conventional pumping units, making it convenient to use.
▶ Crank pins, bearing housings, and other parts of this unit are interchangeable with those of conventional pumping units, offering strong interchangeability and facilitating later maintenance.
▶ This model is suitable for long-stroke and low-speed operating conditions.
