Subsea Capping Stack
The subsea capping emergency stack has functions such as shut-in, diversion, kill, dispersant injection and trapped gas release. It consists of ram blowout preventer, hydraulic connector, gate valve, choke valve. , manifold connector, acoustic monitoring system and ROV operating system, etc. It is a major marine well control equipment integrating mechanical, hydraulic, sealing, acoustic, and information technologies.
Product characteristics
▶ The overall structure adopts a modular design, which is convenient for transportation and quick assembly, and overcomes restrictions on use, maintenance, transportation, drilling platform or ship installation.▶ The overall configuration of vertical main bore and four diversion outlets. Each outlet is equipped with redundant closing devices to ensure reliability. All diversion outlets are equipped with choke devices for soft shut-in and diversion flow control.
▶ The subsea wellbore pressure and temperature monitoring system adopts acoustic communication, and the low power consumption design can be used for long-term subsea communication; using redundant subsea transducer wireless communication , the wellbore parameters can be reliably transmitted in real time.
