The company’s main products and business lines include onshore BOPs and supporting well control equipment packages, offshore platform and subsea well control equipment packages, mud pumps and pump packages, the manufacture of vertical and directional drilling rigs and engineering technical services, high-pressure wellhead equipment and Christmas trees, snubbing units, kill and choke manifolds, pumping units, tubing, and related products.
Snubbing Equipment
Our company started the researches in Snubbing Equipment in 2000. In 2001, we produced the first set of product and used it in the field operation. With great efforts in the past ten years, we realized several significant improvements on the products and developed a number of products, which have a bore size of φ124mm and φ186mm, and the dynamic seal pressure ranges from 1000psi to 3000psi. The products cover several types, such as the Auxiliary type and the independent type. These products can be used in snubbing operations for normal oil well, gas well, water well and electric dive pump wells and thermal production wells. The company registered 8 national patents in which the company has independent intelligent properties. So far, our company has produced over 40 sets of Snubbing Equipment of several models, which are used in Huabei Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield, Xinjiang Karamay Oilfield, Tuha Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield, Daqing Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield, Jianghan Oilfield, Bohai drilling platform and Jilin Oilfield.
