The company’s main products and business lines include onshore BOPs and supporting well control equipment packages, offshore platform and subsea well control equipment packages, mud pumps and pump packages, the manufacture of vertical and directional drilling rigs and engineering technical services, high-pressure wellhead equipment and Christmas trees, snubbing units, kill and choke manifolds, pumping units, tubing, and related products.
Snubbing Unit
Our company began researching snubbing units in 2000 and manufactured the first set of products for field operation in 2001. After many years of research and field application, the product has undergone five major technical improvements. We have designed and developed products with bore sizes of φ124 mm and φ186 mm, dynamic sealing pressure ratings from 7 MPa to 21 MPa, and various structural types, including assisted and independent types.
These products can be used for snubbing operations in conventional oil, gas, and water wells, as well as special wells such as electric submersible pump wells and thermal recovery wells. We have obtained eight national patents and hold fully independent intellectual property rights.
To date, our company has produced more than 40 sets of snubbing units of various models, which have been used in Huabei Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield, Xinjiang Karamay Oilfield, Tuha Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield, Daqing Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield, Jianghan Oilfield, Bohai Drilling Downhole Services, and Jilin Oilfield.
