W Series
The RS-W447C is a plunger pump. The W-440/446/447 are piston pumps.
▶ Frame. Fabricated from welded steel plates and annealed after welding. Necessary oil reservoirs and oil passages are arranged inside the frame.
▶ Crankshaft. Fully balanced forged-welded crankshaft structure, featuring light weight and smooth operation. Double-row self-aligning spherical roller bearings are used at both ends of the crankshaft.
▶ Pinion shaft. Made of alloy steel forgings, with herringbone teeth machined on the shaft. Both shaft extensions can be fitted with transmission devices.
▶ Crosshead. Integrally cast from nodular iron, providing good wear resistance.
▶ Lubrication system. Built-in lubricating oil pump, combining forced lubrication and splash lubrication.
▶ Fluid cylinder. Made of alloy steel forgings, with an I-type structure.
▶ Valve assembly. Equipped with API 7K standard valves.

▶ Spray system. The W-440/446/447 spray pump supplies cooling liquid to the cylinder liners. The spray pump can be belt-driven by a pulley mounted on the mud pump transmission shaft, or driven independently by an electric motor. The W-447C is equipped with a separate plunger lubrication system.
▶ Pulsation dampener. A 25 L spherical pre-charged pulsation dampener is used to reduce discharge pressure fluctuations.
▶ Safety valve. Two options are available: shear pin type safety valve and spring-reset safety valve.If you have any special requirements for mud pumps, please contact Rongsheng’s technical staff.
