Rongsheng Company boasts the most advanced rubber sealing products production line in China, equipped with a variety of testing and experimental facilities, including physical analysis equipment, mechanical performance testing instruments, stepwise high- and low-temperature test rigs, simulated deep-water environment testing equipment, and specialized pressure testing devices for factory acceptance tests. These resources enable Rongsheng to develop and manufacture petroleum machinery rubber seals tailored to various operating conditions, such as high temperatures, low temperatures, and environments with high hydrogen sulfide content.
Currently, the company has developed a series of rubber sealing products that are specifically designed to complement its own blowout preventer product line. These products can be manufactured with bore diameters ranging from 120 mm to 760 mm and pressure ratings from 21 MPa to 105 MPa. They include various types of annular blowout preventers—such as spherical and conical rubber cores—as well as over 40 different specifications of variable-diameter gate valves and shear rams of various sizes, along with tubing string gate valve sealing elements. Additionally, the company offers sealing components for rotary blowout preventers and other petroleum machinery sealing products.
