Rongsheng Company manufactures a light-duty hydraulic auxiliary snubbing unit, which needs to work together with a workover rig. It can perform snubbing operations on oil and water wells with wellhead pressure not higher than 14 MPa. The overall structure of this snubbing unit adopts a modular design and consists of a power section and a wellhead section. The power section is skid-mounted and includes a power system, accumulator system, hydraulic power unit, and remote control console. Its independent power source and high-pressure, high-flow hydraulic control system provide relatively fast operating speed and high lifting capacity. The wellhead section includes a BOP system, slip system, lifting system, balance and pressure-release system, working platform, and driller’s control console. The power section and the wellhead section are each designed as an integral unit, which facilitates transportation and field installation.
