Available in 800, 1600, and 2200 horsepower configurations, with expendable parts that are easy to procure.
The lightweight mud pump is designed with a focus on improving reliability, enhancing maintainability, and reducing weight and footprint.
The QF lightweight mud pump frame has been redesigned to provide outstanding strength and rigidity, and is 25% lighter than the RS-F model of the same power rating, reducing both weight and footprint.

Technical Description
▶ Balanced forged crankshaft for minimum vibration and longer service life.▶ Replaceable crosshead guides in the frame, made of cast copper alloy.
▶ Carburized and hardened gear teeth to resist pitting and wear.
▶ Interchangeable fluid-end modules with quick-change threaded valve covers.
▶ Two lubrication systems, either of which can independently support mud pump operation.
▶ Equipped with API 7K standard valves.

▶ Fluid cylinder. Made of alloy steel forgings and available in two structural types: I-type and L-type. The I-type fluid end features a compact structure, while the L-type is easier to maintain.
▶ Jib crane system. Installed on the frame for use when dismantling and replacing fluid-end components such as cylinder liners. It helps reduce the labor intensity of drilling workers.
