Intelligent Hydraulic Pumping Unit
The intelligent hydraulic pumping unit consists of two parts: the main control system and the hydraulic cylinders. The main control system and the hydraulic cylinders are connected through hydraulic oil pipes, forming a high-efficiency working unit capable of synchronously driving two oil wells in a “one-drive-two” configuration. It is an intelligent hydraulic complete-set equipment integrating automated operation, remote control, and intelligent monitoring through an intelligent control system. By utilizing the original “hydraulic seesaw” principle, the equipment can greatly reduce energy consumption. At the same time, by setting a flow divider, alternating up-and-down motion can be achieved between two groups of hydraulic cylinders, enabling more than two pumping units to operate simultaneously within a relatively small area, that is, the one-drive-multiple cluster control technology.
