Lifting system is one of the most important parts of slant rig, Oil cylinder mounted upside down. The pulley block winding the wire rope completes the lifting movement under the guidance of the sliding sleeve. Compared with traditional drilling rigs, this simple and special structure eliminates the main load on the top of the mast, making the rig more stable.Multi-function top drive
The hydraulic motor drives the spindle to rotate directly, so that the top drive has the characteristics of large torque and stepless speed. The top drive is equipped with floating device, which used for compensated thread length, and a brake device, which used for directional drilling.
Highly integrated slant slip
This special slant slip integrates the functions of traditional wellhead equipment such as chuck and casing pliers. To clamp drill tools of different sizes, it just needs to be replaced with different slips.
Torque tongs
Torque tongs is driven by several oil cylinders and can be moved up and down, back and forth. It cooperates with top drive to tighten and loosen the screws. And then realized the wellhead unmanned.
High efficiency Intelligent Pipe Handing System
The PG-160+ Intelligent Pipe Handing System is equipped with an automated drill pipe conveyor and an infinitely expandable drillpipe box. With one-click automation, the system saves well site footprint, displaces workers in hazardous areas, and improves construction efficiency.

This system has the main functions of slant rig's data acquisition and monitoring, status alarm, equipment health warning, cloud data storage, remote monitoring and other functions.
