▶ The external-rotor motor traction tower pumping unit is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving, vertical beamless pumping unit that integrates electromechanical technologies.▶ It consists of a mechanical system, a traction system, a moving system, and other components. Using an external-rotor rare-earth permanent magnet motor as the traction power and combining it with a wire rope multiplying mechanism can greatly reduce power consumption.
▶ This pumping unit is suitable for rod pumping systems in oilfields with long stroke, low strokes per minute, and heavy load conditions.
▶ The design adopts a low-speed, high-torque permanent magnet motor without a reduction mechanism and without mechanical impact, as well as a variable frequency control device capable of flexible, accurate, and stable operation.
▶ This unit operates with long stroke and low strokes per minute, providing high system efficiency. The upstroke and downstroke speeds can be controlled separately, enabling it to adapt well to well conditions and improve oil recovery efficiency.
▶ It is easy to operate, and both stroke and strokes per minute can be adjusted steplessly. It offers a high degree of automation and intelligence, and can realize long-distance centralized monitoring as well as automatic shutdown protection against overload, underload, phase failure, overheating, and short circuit.
▶ This unit adopts a low-speed, high-torque permanent magnet motor and is equipped with an automatic control system, eliminating the traditional reduction mechanism and featuring high torque, high mechanical efficiency, and low energy consumption.
▶ Due to the low motor speed, the well-designed guide system, and the low friction coefficient, the noise level is low, 35% lower than the national standard.
