FT Split Series

The skid-mounted pump can be divided into several modules, with the weight of each individual module meeting transportation requirements. It is suitable for jungle drilling and other applications where transportation conditions are difficult and module weight is restricted.
Available in 800, 1300, and 1600 horsepower configurations.

Technical Description

▶ Gear pair Integral herringbone gear transmission provides high torque capacity and smooth operation.
▶ Frame Fabricated from welded steel plates and annealed after welding. Necessary oil reservoirs and oil passages are arranged inside the frame. Due to weight limitations on the frame modules, a split structure is adopted.
▶ Crankshaft Made of alloy steel, with double-row self-aligning spherical roller bearings at both ends.
▶ Pinion shaft Made of alloy steel forgings, with herringbone teeth machined on the shaft. Both shaft extensions can be fitted with transmission devices.
▶ Crosshead Integrally cast from nodular iron, providing good wear resistance.

    Optional configuration

    ▶ Fluid cylinder Made of alloy steel forgings and available in two structural types: I-type and L-type. The I-type fluid end features a compact structure, while the L-type is easier to maintain.
    ▶ Lubrication system A combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication is adopted. An externally mounted motor-driven oil pump can also be used according to user requirements.
    ▶ Spray system A centrifugal pump supplies cooling liquid to the cylinder liners. It can be belt-driven by a pulley mounted on the main pump transmission shaft, or driven independently by an electric motor.
    ▶ Jib crane system Installed on the frame for use when dismantling and replacing fluid-end components such as cylinder liners. It helps reduce the labor intensity of drilling workers.
    ▶ Safety valve Two options are available: shear pin type safety valve and spring-reset safety valve.
