The company’s main products and business lines include onshore BOPs and supporting well control equipment packages, offshore platform and subsea well control equipment packages, mud pumps and pump packages, the manufacture of vertical and directional drilling rigs and engineering technical services, high-pressure wellhead equipment and Christmas trees, snubbing units, kill and choke manifolds, pumping units, tubing, and related products.
Wellhead and Christmas Tree
Wellhead equipment and Christmas tree, consisting of casing head assembly, casing spool assembly, tubing spool assembly and Christmas tree assembly, are designed and manufactured in strictly accordance with API 6A, GB/T22513 specifications and the latest version of NACE MR-0175 standard. In addition, the company provides conventional wellhead equipment and other special wellhead equipment accordding to customer requirements such as oil test and fracturing.
Wellhead equipment and Christmas tree manufactured by the company have successively got API 6A product certification, special equipment TS certification and the wellhead production capacity assessment of DET NORSKE VERITAS. Its 15000psi gate valve, safety valve, choke, tubing spool and tubing hanger have passed the PR2 performance testing in the National Wellhead Equipment Testing Center.
Rongsheng provides all specifications of wellhead equipments and Christmas trees which are conformed to API 6A , including diameter from 2 1/16in~7 1/16in, working pressure of 2,000psi~15,000psi, temperature range of L~X, material grade of AA~HH, product specification level of PSL1~PSL3G and performance requirements level of PR1~PR2.
