The company’s main products and business lines include onshore BOPs and supporting well control equipment packages, offshore platform and subsea well control equipment packages, mud pumps and pump packages, the manufacture of vertical and directional drilling rigs and engineering technical services, high-pressure wellhead equipment and Christmas trees, snubbing units, kill and choke manifolds, pumping units, tubing, and related products.
Wellhead Equipment and Production Tree
The wellhead equipment and Christmas tree units are designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the latest versions of API Specification 6A, GB/T 22513, and NACE MR-0175 standards. The products mainly consist of four components: the casing head assembly, the casing four-way assembly, the tubing four-way assembly, and the Christmas tree assembly. Our company can produce standard wellhead equipment for conventional oil production wells, and we can also design and manufacture wellhead equipment with special configurations and for specific applications—such as testing and fracturing—based on customer requirements.
The wellhead equipment and production trees manufactured by the company have successively obtained API 6A product certification and TS certification for special equipment. They have also passed the Norwegian Classification Society’s assessment of wellhead equipment manufacturing capabilities. Furthermore, the 15,000-psi gate valves, safety valves, choke valves, tubing crosses, and tubing hangers have completed PR2 performance verification tests at the National Wellhead Equipment Testing Center.
Rongsheng Company offers wellhead equipment and tree products that fully comply with API 6A standards, featuring a comprehensive range of specifications. The product lineup covers diameters from 2 1/16" to 7 1/16", operating pressures from 2,000 psi to 15,000 psi, temperature ranges from L to X, material grades from AA to HH, product specification levels from PSL1 to PSL4, and performance requirement levels from PR1 to PR2.
