▶ Fluid cylinder. Made of alloy steel forgings, available in two structural types: I-type and L-type. The I-type fluid end has a compact structure, while the L-type is easier to maintain.
▶ Lubrication system. A combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication is adopted. An externally mounted motor-driven oil pump can also be used according to user requirements.
▶ Spray system. A centrifugal pump supplies cooling liquid to the cylinder liner. It is driven by a belt pulley mounted on the main pump transmission shaft, and can also be driven independently by an electric motor.
▶ Jib crane system. Installed on the frame for disassembly and replacement of fluid end components such as cylinder liners. It helps reduce the labor intensity of drilling workers.
▶ Safety valve. Two options are available: shear pin type safety valve and spring-reset safety valve.
