F Series

A high-power mud pump that is mainly suitable for supporting and upgrading various drilling rigs, and can meet the mud transportation operation requirements under drilling working conditions across the industry. Available in multiple power configurations of 500, 800, 1000, 1300 and 1600 horsepower, with high versatility and good compatibility of wearing parts.

Technical Description

▶ Gear pair. Integral herringbone gear transmission, high transmission torque, stable operation.
▶ Frame. It is welded from steel plates and annealed after welding. Necessary oil pools and passages are provided in the frame.
▶ Crankshaft. It is an alloy steel casting, and both ends of the crankshaft are equipped with double row centripetal spherical roller bearings.
▶ Gear shaft. It is an alloy steel forging with herringbone teeth machined on the shaft. Both ends of the shaft can be extended to install a transmission device.
▶ Cross head. It is integrally cast with ductile iron and has good wear resistance.
▶ Valve assembly. Configure API-7K standard valve.

    Optional configuration

    ▶ Fluid cylinder. Made of alloy steel forgings, available in two structural types: I-type and L-type. The I-type fluid end has a compact structure, while the L-type is easier to maintain.

    ▶ Lubrication system. A combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication is adopted. An externally mounted motor-driven oil pump can also be used according to user requirements.

    ▶ Spray system. A centrifugal pump supplies cooling liquid to the cylinder liner. It is driven by a belt pulley mounted on the main pump transmission shaft, and can also be driven independently by an electric motor.

    ▶ Jib crane system. Installed on the frame for disassembly and replacement of fluid end components such as cylinder liners. It helps reduce the labor intensity of drilling workers.

    ▶ Safety valve. Two options are available: shear pin type safety valve and spring-reset safety valve.
