Tubing
The tubing and couplings manufactured by our company comply with API Spec 5CT, API Std 5B, and the Chinese petroleum industry standard SY/T 6194 in terms of mechanical properties, test methods, pipe body inspection, thread processing, and inspection. The tubing we produce mainly includes non-upset and external-upset types, with sizes such as 2-3/8", 2-7/8", and 3-1/2". In addition, according to user requirements, we can also manufacture various corrosion-resistant tubing products such as fiberglass-lined tubing and internally coated tubing.
Technical Description
▶ Non-destructive testing is carried out using four-function electromagnetic inspection equipment from ICO of the United States, capable of detecting steel grade, transverse defects, longitudinal defects, wall thickness, and other parameters.▶ After upset forming, the pipe body is heat-treated under automatic computer control, and fluorescent magnetic particle inspection is performed after heat treatment.
▶ Thread processing is carried out using advanced CNC machine tools made in China.
▶ Thread inspection is conducted using a full set of individual inspection instruments manufactured by Allan of the United States.
▶ Hydrostatic testing is automatically controlled, with 100% pressure testing of the tubing and automatic recording.
▶ To ensure all performance indicators of the tubing and prevent thread galling, the thread parameters selected by our company are all higher than API specification requirements.
