Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the research, development, formulation, and optimization of welding and heat treatment processes for metal components. Based on material characteristics, product performance, and customer technical requirements, design welding processes and heat treatment processes such as annealing, normalizing, quenching, and tempering. Establish key process parameters, produce standardized process documents, and organize trial welding and small-batch trial production verification to ensure that the processes meet industry standards and high-end equipment manufacturing requirements.
2.Lead the technical control of welding and heat treatment production processes, track workshop production progress, monitor welding parameters, weld quality, furnace temperature uniformity, and final part performance in real time, and apply material weldability and material science theories to solve on-site process problems, ensuring stable production efficiency and product quality.
3.Participate in the selection and verification of raw materials for production, conduct performance tests based on the base material properties, welding adaptability, and heat treatment sensitivity, evaluate the cost-effectiveness of materials and process applicability, assist in establishing raw material quality standards for the supply chain, and avoid process failures and quality hazards from the source.
4.Responsible for technical support of welding and heat treatment equipment, proposing equipment modification and parameter matching schemes based on process upgrades and quality improvement needs, ensuring that the equipment operating status meets process execution requirements.
5.Establish a quality traceability system for welding and heat treatment processes, analyze the impact of process fluctuations on quality, formulate process optimization reports, promote process standardization and continuous improvement, and reduce quality risks caused by production fluctuations.
6.Participate in new product development projects, provide technical support from the perspectives of material selection, welding, and heat treatment process feasibility, assist in the transformation of product design, carry out process verification and data optimization, and support the smooth mass production of new products.
7.Responsible for process training for workshop technicians and operators, organizing and archiving welding and heat treatment technical documents, and completing other material process-related tasks assigned by superiors.
