Rongsheng Company' Awarded the Title of National-Level “Green Factory”

On March 18, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially released the list of green manufacturing enterprises for 2025. Rongsheng Machinery Manufacture Ltd. Of Huabei Oilfield, Hebei (hereinafter referred to as Rongsheng Company') was awarded the title of national-level “Green Factory” in recognition of its outstanding performance in green, low-carbon, and sustainable development, marking that the company has entered the domestic first-class ranks in carbon reduction, pollution reduction, and green manufacturing.
The selection strictly followed relevant national policies and indicator systems, conducting a comprehensive evaluation across 14 items under five aspects: low-carbon energy use, efficient resource utilization, clean production, green products, and intensive land use. Participating enterprises were required to pass multiple stages including third-party professional evaluation, recommendation by provincial-level competent authorities, expert review, and public disclosure, so as to ensure that every factory awarded this title had reached benchmark industry standards in green development.
Rongsheng Company' has firmly established the concept of green development, persisted in tackling governance at the source, and continuously increased investment in environmental protection. It has successively invested RMB 15 million to add advanced environmental protection facilities and introduce 11 advanced green production units. The company has carried out scientific energy management and, through an online energy consumption monitoring system, conducts real-time monitoring of energy consumption data and key equipment parameters to identify energy-saving opportunities. It has also promoted innovative green design by developing electric BOPs and strengthening lightweight product development, establishing a full-lifecycle carbon reduction concept to eliminate environmental risks at the source. By adopting advanced catalytic combustion exhaust gas treatment equipment, reducing solid waste generation, and improving wastewater treatment facilities, the company has completed a series of green technology upgrades, including ensuring that both production wastewater and domestic sewage meet required discharge standards. Emissions of all types of pollutants comply with, or perform better than, national and local standards. The company has also vigorously promoted greening and landscaping across its plant area, with green coverage reaching 69,000 square meters and a coverage rate of 38%, and it was previously awarded the title of “Garden-Style Enterprise” in Hebei Province.
