Subsea Dual Gate Valve
Subsea dual gate valve is the key equipment of the killing and choke system of the subsea bop group, as well as the subsea Christmas tree and subsea capping stack.
Subsea dual gate valve is designed for redundancy, The two gates of the valve can be closed in turn to ensure the complete sealing of pipeline. Subsea dual gate valve adopts ROV drive and hydraulic drive dual drive mode. One drive mode fails, the other drive mode can be used to switch the valve to ensure the effectiveness of pipeline opening and closing.

Product characteristics
▶ Metal-to-metal sealings are used for body-to-bonnet and gate-to-seat,guarantee the high sealing reliability and service life.▶ The stem and seat seal matrix is made of non-rubber composite material, resistant to high pressure and corrosion.It is inlaid with corrosion-resistant spring to effectively realize sealing under low pressure.
▶ The gate and seat surface are sprayed with hard alloy,which has higher wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
▶ A dual-drive redundancy desing through ROV and hydraulic actuator ensures the reliability of open/shut function.
▶ Pressure compensation devices are designed to ensure that valve open/shut operating force won’t be increased underwater.
▶ A position visual indicator can make the open/shut status of the valve easier to be observed by ROV underwater.
