Deepening the “Manufacturing + Service” Strategic Layout to Precisely Address Users Pain Points

From January to September, the company's order volume and shipment volume increased by 12.66% and 40.14% respectively compared with the same period last year. In August this year, Rongsheng Southwest Branch, located in Deyang, Sichuan, was officially established to provide higher-quality and more efficient product support and maintenance services for the Sichuan-Chongqing region, a key area in the national oil and gas production capacity plan. This has become another major step in further strengthening the company's after-sales service support capability.
The service scope of Rongsheng Southwest Branch covers all Rongsheng-branded well control products currently in use at oil and gas field sites in the Sichuan-Chongqing region. It can respond quickly to customer needs and provide local customers with more timely, higher-quality, and more efficient after-sales services nearby. The branch has professional BOP machining and repair capabilities, as well as an experienced operations team, enabling it to carry out BOP fault repair and spare parts machining services. It can also provide timely and efficient face-to-face, point-to-point on-site service, field guidance, and personnel training to help users solve various problems related to BOP operation and routine maintenance.
