Rongsheng Company Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation

On September 17, Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation (hereinafter referred to as SOSC) visited Rongsheng Company for research and exchange. The two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement, committing to establish a long-term, stable, and comprehensive strategic partnership in such areas as scientific and technological innovation, product procurement, leasing cooperation, service cooperation, technical cooperation, and overseas market cooperation. They pledged to continuously enhance equipment quality, safety, and competitiveness, and jointly make new and greater contributions to safeguarding national energy security and promoting oil and gas exploration and development. The signing ceremony was attended by Zuo Yaojiu, Deputy General Manager of SOSC, together with heads of relevant departments from its headquarters; Li Enzhong, Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Huabei Petroleum Engineering Company; Zhang Gusen, Manager of SOSC Zhongyuan Pipe Tools Company; Wu Jian, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of SOSC Shengli Pipe Tools Center; Su Shangwen, Chairman and General Manager of Rongsheng Company; Xu Hongqi, Executive Vice General Manager of Rongsheng Company; and heads of relevant units.
During the visit, Deputy General Manager Zuo Yaojiu and his delegation inspected the production sites of Rongsheng Company, including the Well Control Plant, Kaiyuan Plant, Foundry and Forging Plant, and Rubber Plant. They expressed recognition and appreciation for the company's long-term commitment to advancing the localization of key equipment for onshore and offshore oil and gas development and safeguarding national energy security.
At the signing ceremony, Su Shangwen, Chairman and General Manager of Rongsheng Company, extended a warm welcome to Deputy General Manager Zuo Yaojiu and his delegation. He reviewed the more than 30 years of friendly cooperation with Sinopec and introduced the work the company has carried out, and the achievements it has made in recent years, in overcoming the impacts of the pandemic and low oil prices, adhering to independent innovation, and further consolidating and expanding its product markets and service areas.
Su Shangwen stated that Rongsheng Company and SOSC have highly complementary resource and industrial strengths and enjoy broad prospects for cooperation. In the future, Rongsheng Company will further increase technological innovation efforts, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of its "manufacturing + service" model, continuously develop new products that meet market demand, and make every effort to provide strong service and support. The visiting delegation showed great concern for Rongsheng Company's future development and offered many constructive suggestions. Zuo Yaojiu, Deputy General Manager of SOSC, stated that Rongsheng Company, as an important supplier to Sinopec, has established a good cooperative relationship with SOSC over the years and achieved fruitful results. Going forward, on the basis of this in-depth strategic cooperation, both sides should strengthen communication and exchange at all levels, promptly resolve various existing issues, further leverage their respective strengths, enhance cooperation in improving service quality and accelerating the commercialization of scientific and technological innovation achievements, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win development.
