Hard-Core Equipment Shines at CIPPE! Rongsheng Company' Makes a Major Appearance with Ultra-High-Pressure BOP and Multiple New Products

From March 26 to March 28, the 25th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE) was grandly held at the New China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. As one of the key participants in the China Petroleum Equipment exhibition area, Rongsheng Company' showcased a number of independently developed innovations, including its ultra-high-pressure BOP and a new fine managed-pressure choke manifold system.
Within its 300-square-meter modern exhibition area, Rongsheng Company' comprehensively presented its innovative achievements in equipment for deep-earth and deepwater oil and gas exploration and development through physical exhibits, dynamic models, and multimedia displays. Featured products included the 13 5/8”-25000psi ultra-high-pressure BOP, the super shear ram assembly, and the 18 3/4’-20000psi large-range variable-bore ram assembly. Among them, the 13 5/8”-25000psi ultra-high-pressure BOP, representing the highest level in the industry, made its first public appearance and attracted extensive attention and交流 from domestic and international visitors, vividly demonstrating Rongsheng Company'’s leading position in the petroleum equipment manufacturing industry.
Liu Hongbin, Chairman of the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Industry Association; Zhang Guanjun, Vice Chairman and Secretary General; Zhang He, Chairman and Party Secretary of Daqing Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd.; Zhang Zheng, Deputy General Manager; Zhang Zonglin, Executive Director and Party Secretary of Sinopec Shengli Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd.; Zheng Guanghong, Manager of China Oilfield Services Limited; He Feng, Executive Director and Party Secretary of Great Wall Drilling Tool Company; Zhang Xiulin, Party Secretary of Shengli Petroleum Engineering Materials Center; and Xu Xianjue, Manager of the Engineering Technology Department of Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., among other leaders, visited the Rongsheng Company' exhibition area one after another. They held in-depth discussions with Su Shangwen, Chairman and General Manager of the company, highly praised the company’s high-tech exhibits such as the 13 5/8”-25000psi ultra-high-pressure BOP, and fully recognized Rongsheng Company'’s contribution as an enterprise bearing the important mission of safeguarding national energy security and promoting industry progress.
The company’s latest ultra-high-pressure BOP is designed for the dual extreme operating conditions of 175 MPa well pressure and 177°C high temperature. It integrates multiple advanced technologies, including a side-door boltless design, hydraulic automatic ram locking, and quick-connection flanges, and is capable of safeguarding safe drilling and production in 10,000-meter deep wells. It is reported that the side door opening and closing time of the ultra-high-pressure BOP is only 5 minutes, reducing ram replacement time from 4.5 hours to 0.5 hours and improving operating efficiency by more than 80%. In addition, compared with conventional bolted connections, the quick-connection flange reduces installation time from 7 hours by 4 people to 1.5 hours by 2 people, improving efficiency by more than nine times.
The new fine managed-pressure choke manifold system offers a controllable range dozens of times greater than that of traditional fine managed-pressure control systems. It adopts a full-bore managed-pressure choke valve and an intelligent remote operating system, making operation more convenient and efficient. With its excellent choke flow path design, it can meet the requirements of working conditions involving high gas content, large cuttings particles, and ultra-narrow pressure windows.
The company also displayed on site more than ten innovative products, including a high-temperature packing element, a 3 1/2"-4 1/2" simplified variable-bore ram packing element, a subsea capping stack, subsea valves, a remote BOP locking device, digital well control, and intelligent oilfield water injection and blended transportation systems. Visitors from Russia, the UAE, Kazakhstan, the United States, Malaysia, Iran, and other countries showed strong interest in the company’s exhibits and raised questions regarding product structure and field applications. The company’s technical and sales staff answered each question patiently and in detail.
With the theme of “Innovation, Green Development, Digital Intelligence Integration, and New Quality Productive Forces,” this year’s exhibition attracted more than 2,000 enterprises from 75 countries and regions, including 52 Fortune Global 500 companies, and received 170,000 professional visitor visits. During the exhibition, Rongsheng Company' also participated in the global online Chinese-English live broadcast of the China Petroleum Equipment exhibition delegation, providing domestic and overseas online customers with an immersive exhibition experience and allowing audiences to closely experience the company’s innovative and hard-core capabilities in advancing both oil and gas, onshore and offshore, and drilling and production.
