Huabei Oilfield Company Deputy Party Secretary and Labor Union Chairman Li Haitao Visits Rongsheng Company for Research and Exchange (Internal)

On May 30, Li Haitao, Deputy Party Secretary and Labor Union Chairman of Huabei Oilfield Company, led a delegation to Rongsheng Company for research and exchange, and also inspected and guided the company's Party-building work. Su Shangwen, Chairman and General Manager of Rongsheng Company, and Gu Ben, Party Secretary, accompanied the visit throughout.
At the meeting, Gu Ben, Party Secretary of Rongsheng Company, on behalf of the company's leadership team, extended a warm welcome to Secretary Li and expressed sincere gratitude for the assistance and support that Huabei Oilfield Company has provided since Rongsheng Company's restructuring. He also delivered a report covering Rongsheng Company's basic situation, the completion of the Party committee's work in 2024, as well as the difficulties facing the company's future development and the issues that require coordination and support from Huabei Oilfield Company.
Secretary Li Haitao affirmed the work Rongsheng Company has done since restructuring in achieving sustainable corporate development and maintaining harmony and stability in the mining area. He also congratulated the company on its outstanding production and operating results and the strong brand image it has established within the industry. Secretary Li required that Rongsheng Company should, in light of the realities of a restructured enterprise, put greater effort into deepening the integration of Party building with production and operations, effectively giving full play to the role of the Party committee in setting direction, managing the overall situation, and ensuring implementation, so as to promote high-quality corporate development through high-quality Party building. He also emphasized the need to promptly communicate and implement the work requirements of higher-level Party committees and Party-affairs departments in such areas as Party building, discipline inspection, mass organizations, ideology, petitions, and stability maintenance, and to carry out all tasks in a practical and detailed manner. In addition, he called for the effective implementation of the relevant requirements of Huabei Oilfield Company's "Safe Enterprise" initiative, so as to ensure harmony and stability in the region with a strong sense of political responsibility and contribute to Huabei Oilfield Company's goal of building a comprehensive energy company with ten million tons of oil equivalent. Secretary Li also responded to and offered suggestions on the issues for which Rongsheng Company sought coordination and support from Huabei Oilfield Company.
Relevant leaders from the Organization Department of the Party Committee, the Party and Mass Work Department, the Discipline Inspection Office, and the Stability Maintenance Office of Huabei Oilfield Company, together with other members of Rongsheng Company's leadership team, also participated in the research visit.
