Rongsheng Company Showcases a Wide Range of Innovative Products at the 24th CIPPE

From March 25 to March 27, the 24th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE), the annual world-class event for petroleum technology and equipment, was grandly held at the New China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. As one of the key members of the China petroleum equipment exhibition area, Rongsheng Company made a concentrated appearance with more than ten self-developed petroleum machinery products and a number of scientific and technological innovations. Among them, the 18 3/4"-20000psi ultra-high-temperature high-pressure BOP stack, the digital and intelligent well control system, and the new fine managed-pressure choke manifold and control system drew wide attention and praise from industry experts, domestic and international customers, and many media outlets for their originality and advanced technology.
During the exhibition, Xie Jun, member of the Leading Party Members Group and Vice President of CNPC; Yang Liqiang, Deputy Chief Engineer of CNPC, Executive Director and Party Secretary of CNPC Oilfield Technology Services Co., Ltd., and General Manager of the Engineering Technology Company; Wang Guangsheng, Deputy Chief Engineer of CNPC, Chairman and Party Secretary of Kunlun Manufacturing, and General Manager of the Equipment Manufacturing Division; Chu Yuanlin, Deputy General Manager of the Engineering Materials and Equipment Department of CNPC; Wen Shihao, Deputy General Manager of Jilin Oilfield Company; Wang Feng, Deputy General Manager of Huabei Oilfield Company; and Wang Feng, also Deputy General Manager of Huabei Oilfield Company, together with other leaders, visited the Rongsheng Company exhibition area in succession. They held in-depth exchanges with Su Shangwen, Chairman and General Manager of the company, highly praised the series of high-tech products exhibited by the company, especially the 18 3/4"-20000psi ultra-high-temperature high-pressure BOP stack, and fully recognized Rongsheng Company as an enterprise undertaking the important mission of safeguarding national energy security and contributing to industry progress. They also expressed the hope that Rongsheng Company would continue to increase R&D efforts and make new and greater contributions to further enhancing the nation's oil and gas exploration and development capabilities.
Closely aligned with the exhibition theme of “Coordination, Sharing, and Innovation,” the company’s high-end and intelligent exhibits fully demonstrated the Rongsheng brand image and overall strength, attracting many senior industry experts, professors, and numerous domestic and international visitors for exchanges and consultations.
The 18 3/4"-20000psi ultra-high-temperature high-pressure BOP stack, with fully independent intellectual property rights owned by Rongsheng Company, is a newly developed well control product suitable for ultra-high-temperature operating conditions and ultra-high pressure ratings. The complete unit features compact dimensions, light weight, and convenient, efficient operation.
The digital and intelligent well control system is a real-time well control status monitoring device integrating intelligence, informatization, and automation. It can link BOPs, choke manifolds, drilling rigs, and other equipment with one click, enabling a fully automated shut-in system, kill system, and interlocking system, while also identifying and diagnosing equipment faults.
The new fine managed-pressure choke manifold and control system breaks away from the conventional thinking of traditional choking technology. Its valve body adopts a three-dimensional choke flow path, providing a smoother pressure-control curve, greatly improving the passage performance for large cuttings particles, and achieving higher pressure-control accuracy under low-flow conditions. In addition, its high-speed pressure-tracking control technology significantly reduces overshoot and oscillation caused by frequent kick and loss events, ensuring stable bottomhole pressure.
The company also displayed on site more than ten innovative products, including the subsea capping stack, the 11"-20000psi BOP stack, high-temperature annular packing elements, 5" high-temperature ram rubber elements, 3 1/2"-7 5/8" variable-bore ram packing elements, 3 1/2"-4 1/2" simplified variable-bore ram packing elements, super shear rams for drill pipe tool joints and 6 5/8" V150 drill pipe, remote electric locking devices for BOPs, quick connection flanges, new drilling choke valves, subsea control valves, wellhead integrated high-temperature and high-pressure sensors, BOP ram displacement sensors, and new fine managed-pressure choke valves. Customers from Russia, Kazakhstan, the United States, Malaysia, Iran, and other countries showed strong interest in the company's exhibits and raised questions on product structure and field applications. The company's technical and sales personnel answered them one by one with patience and detail. Rongsheng Company also used mechanical models, display boards, multimedia technologies, and other vivid presentation methods to visually demonstrate products and technologies such as subsea well control equipment, the digital and intelligent well control system, and the fine managed-pressure demonstration system, creating a comprehensive and multi-dimensional display platform for on-site visitors.
Compared with previous years, this exhibition was of higher standard, broader international participation, and greater industrial specialization. It attracted more than 2,000 enterprises from 65 countries and regions around the world, with attendance reaching 150,000 visits. During the exhibition, the company also provided domestic and overseas customers with an online exhibition experience through the global bilingual Chinese-English live broadcast of the China petroleum equipment exhibition delegation, allowing audiences to closely experience the brand appeal and innovative strength of Rongsheng Company as the world's largest onshore BOP manufacturer.
